Zusammenfassung: | Cu-doped CdTe films were prepared by coevaporation of CdTe and Cu, and the effect of the additional Te vapour supplement during the coevaporation was studied. It was found that the Cu-doped CdTe films coevaporated under a sufficient additional supplement of Te vapour were about one order of magnitude more conductive than other Cu-doped CdTe films in this work. From measurement of X-ray diffraction and Hall effect, it was concluded that the additional Te vapour supplement enhanced the p-type conductivity of the Cu-doped CdTe film due to the more effective doping of Cu impurities as acceptors into the Cd sites. |
