165 Quantitative Analysis of Telomerase Genes (HTERT, HTR, TP1) Expression in Endometrial Hyperplasias and Endometrioid Carcinoma of Endometrium (ECC)
The aim of the study was the analysis of the expression profile of genes encoding the telomerase subunits in normal proliferative endometrium, hyperplasia (simple, complex and atypical) and ECC. 81 endometrial samples, including normal proliferative endometrium (22), simple hyperplasia (18), complex...

Zusammenfassung: | The aim of the study was the analysis of the expression profile of genes encoding the telomerase subunits in normal proliferative endometrium, hyperplasia (simple, complex and atypical) and ECC. 81 endometrial samples, including normal proliferative endometrium (22), simple hyperplasia (18), complex hyperplasia (15), atypical hyperplasia (11) and EEC (15) were examined for the expression of telomerase subunit genes. The samples were immediately snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in -70 C until the mRNA molecular assays were performed. The histological diagnoses were conducted on the same material. Primers and probes sequences were designed using the Primer Express software and checked in BLAST database. The analysis was performed by the QRT-PCR method based on Taq-Man methodology (ABI Prism 7700). The statistical differences observed were considered significant when the p was |
