Zusammenfassung:Objective: to analyze epidemiological data, prognostic factors and overall survival (OS) in YOCP, especially with FSS. Methods: Cases under 40 (n = 45) were selected, 18 treated with FSS. A control group with older pts was created (n = 129). Borderline tumors were excluded. Median follow up was 105 months in YWEOC and 95 in the control. Oncologic family history and prognostic factors were compared in both cohorts. Kaplan-Meier curves, X2, uni and multivariate analysis were used for statistical comparison. Results: Family history was obtained in 29/45 of YWEOC, 8 pts had first line relatives with hematologic tumors (28%), it was observed in 1/84 of the elder (OR 9.8; 1,3-74,7).
