Zusammenfassung:Recently, postpartum mothers are facing isolation issues, exacerbated by the tensions within child-rearing community. This study focuses on the "Welcome Baby Project (WB)" by Komachi Plus, an NPO in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama, with the collaboration with Yamato Transport Co. The WB collects sponsorship from locals, delivering baby gifts to families and fostering community connections. The paper aims to clarify how WB delivers support and foster a welcoming and supporting culture for child-rearing families. Entities supporting WB gained insights into client needs, community engagement, hobbies, and purpose, while recipient mothers felt secure and found social opportunities. To encourage mothers' community visits, involving diverse local entities is crucial. To foster a supporting culture, it's necessary to build win-win relationships among various local entities.
