Zusammenfassung: | In Norway, open stormwater ways are planed in an urban-scale. Measures are taken to connect and coordinate stormwater management elements in the planed area. This article examines the opinions and comments of the municipalities and the legislative side at public hearings on the two revisions of the law aimed at promoting this policy. Following have been explained by legislative side. 1. Planning tools and its operation where municipalities can make requests other than stormwater management such as recreation at their discretion. 2. A comprehensive framework for determining stormwater management scope, connectivity and capacity requirement for different land types. 3. Based on the framework, actual measures and capacities are to be determined by considering the regional and site-specific conditions. These clarifications were as a result of municipality's clarification requests and bill change requests. |
