Zusammenfassung: | Opportunities where all can exercise their capabilities are crucial for forming inclusive cities and societies. By focusing on collaboration between agriculture and welfare, wherein persons with disabilities (PwDs) engage in agricultural activities, this study analyzes organizational characteristics that emphasize PwDs’ abilities and aptitudes in accordance with the types of organizations and assigned occupations. The results show that the degree to which the organizations hired PwDs because they had abilities and aptitude differs by activity type and is higher when the organization was welfare-oriented. By incorporating the welfare-oriented approach valuing PwDs' abilities and aptitudes into agricultural-oriented organizations, agricultural activities may contribute to the realization of an inclusive society by serving as places where PwDs can actively demonstrate their individual potential. |
