Zusammenfassung:This study examines the effect on traffic behavior through the introduction of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), by using location data from smartphones and pre and post questionnaires collected during a social experiment. Here, the results concluded that the analysis that the introduction of the MaaS Pass that integrates transportation service providers positively promotes public transport sharing, and thus encourages the change in transport behaviors, such as expansion of active areas and as a result promote of outings. In addition, the research quantitatively established that the implementation of systems such as MaaS advance the use of public transport, and thus contribute to the achievement of cities' transportation strategy targets.
