Zusammenfassung:Traditional pottery has gained recognition as a resource of cultural landscape that represents the relationship between manufacturing and nature. But it can be transformed by the acceptance of modernization. This study aims to investigate the transformation of cultural landscape in the village of Koishiwara. Analyses reveal that the scenes composed of the process transformed by translocation in the houses, partition from potter's works and concentration by cooperation. They made it possible to work mostly inside of the premises and the spatial isolation has caused the spread of the production area. These results suggest a necessity of conservation of the scenes nurtured by pottery and visualization of a sequence of the whole scenes by potter's cooperation.
