Zusammenfassung:Recently private sectors are expected to play more active rolls in the urban regeneration. This paper deals with Public-Private-Partnerships in Liverpool City-Region and attempts to clarify how Peel Group, a large-scale private firm in the region can work together with regional and local authorities for plan making procedure and regeneration projects in the radical political changing period. The paper firstly reviews the framework of Public-Private-Partnership and the change of governmental structures, followed by clarifying the situation of reflection from private sector's planning into the public sector's one. As a conclusion, it is important to build genuine partnership between public and private sectors forth sub-regional scale; more tasks for the economic development; and considering incentives for private sectors.
