Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the chronological change of Buildings in urban area. We use GIS maps, created and investigated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, to clarify every changes of buildings by overlapping these maps and applying the method of Identification of buildings of Overlapping Polygons. Although the administrative offices have been interested in grasping the comprehensive changes in land use, there have been few surveys on grasping building-use and few researches on building-use change. However, due to the recent increasing concerns on Building-Conversions, basic research and analysis on building-use change is in rapid state of need. Through this study, we visualize and then analyze building-use changes in both spatial and statistical terms. |
