Study on Actual Situation of Public Contribution of Soft-field in the Special District for Urban Regeneration: Through an example of Tokyo Metropolitan Government

This study clarifies the actual situation of public contribution of Soft-field in the Special District for Urban Regeneration through an example of Tokyo Metropolitan Government. First of all, As a result of organized on the recent public contribution of Soft-field, we have become clear that it proposed twenty-two of twenty-four proposal, sixty-four public contribution. Among the sort of public contribution, "improving attractiveness of urban and town" public contribution amounts to 34points, making it the largest item. Second, As a result we surveyed status of implementation that proposed public contribution of Soft-field to developer, administrator, government of Tokyo, all cases of public contribution were implemented. However, the issue is that proposal "image" wasn't implemented, public contribution wasn't evaluated after city planning decision occurred, effective utilization of public contribution of Soft-field depends on business operator's effort.
