A Study on the Procedure for Site Planning and Development in Consideration of Landscape on the No.12 Road in Megamiyama Residential Area

This study aims to make clear how to make possible to build houses making the most of the configuration. Through analysis of the procedure for site planning and development on the No.12 Road in Megamiyama residential Area, the following three things have become clear. (1)The original configuration and trees of the site is measured precisely.(2)Land subdivision based on general planning or designing made possible to form of land based on approach, to keep the privacy and view without wall or fence between neighborhoods, to share landscape, to control the approach space with neighborhood.(3)Land development with construction made possible to avoid appearing the retaining wall, to restore the original configuration and landscape.
