Zusammenfassung: | The heat island problem has become serious in city centers in Metropolitan Area. For example in Metropolitan Tokyo the temperature in summer was rising by 1.8 degrees in the past 100 years. Urban heat release is pointed out as one of the biggest causes of heat island problem. This study aims to propose a pipeline system which can improve urban heat island problem caused by building heat disposal and to evaluate the system from the point of cost and effects. Marunouchi, Otemachi and Yurakucho Area are chosen as a case study area where urban heat release density is highest in Metropolitan Tokyo. Consequently, it became clear that the system saves energy consumption and cut CO2 emission equivalent to construction cost of the system in the long run. |
