A Study on the Relationship between River Landscape Evaluation Factor and Space Structure: A Case Study in Kobe Rivers' Line Landscape Formative Zone

The purpose of this study is to explain the structure of the river image. Firstly, river-landscapes are analyzed by a Semantic Differential method. As the results we clarified the factors which characterize the river image evaluation, and river types by the scoring of the factors. Secondly, this study investigated the relationship between river landscape evaluation factor and element of Space Structure. Based on these results we tried to arrange a river design guide.
