Zusammenfassung:The topography and structure of near surface layers of submicrocrystalline austenite steel 12Kh18N10T after pulsed irradiation with C + and H + ions were investigated. Ion beam irradiation resulting in modification of the near surface layer and formation of a structure close to an equiaxed ultrafine grain structure with a high fraction of high-angle boundaries were shown.
