Zusammenfassung:The efficiency of liposomal compositions containing antioxidant pharmaceuticals emoxipine and freedox in a liposomal form has been studied in rats with dibutyltin dichloride-induced chronic pancreatitis (CP). It is shown that the intravenous injection of liposomal forms of antioxidants allows reducing the severity of oxidative stress both due to the effect of exogenous antioxidants and by improving the efficiency of endogenous antioxidant systems. A liposomal composition containing emoxipine exhibited the most pronounced effect.
