Zusammenfassung:The transfer process of ecotoxic agents through a membrane is studied by the example of pesticides widely used in agriculture (lontrel, zenkor, bazagran, roundup, kuzagard, and setoksidim) and of lontrel complexes with cobalt and copper. All the compounds examined penetrate through the phosphatidylcholine membranes of liposomes. The kinetics of this process is studied by monitoring the rate of fluorescence quenching of ε-adenosine triphosphoric acid inside liposomes. On the basis of data obtained, a mathematical model of the process is proposed and the constants of mass transfer are calculated.
