Zusammenfassung:To increase the intensity of an ion beam injected in a cyclotron, the possibility of focusing by an axial potential electrode is investigated. The influence of the electric field of an electrode on the beam emittance and that of particle losses on an electrode are estimated. The results of our numerical simulation are compared with theoretical estimations.
