Zusammenfassung:The article presents the results of a study of new ceramic materials formed in the MeO–Cr 2 O 3 –Bi 2 O 3 (Me = Sr, Ca) system in the solid-phase synthesis and pyrolysis of organo-salt compositions using mannitol as fuel. The total electrical conductivity of the synthesized samples at 600°C ranges from 3.82 × 10 –4 up to 1.0 × 10 –2 S/cm, and the activation energy of conduction E a lies in the range from 0.564 to 0.842 eV. The charge transfer in the obtained solid electrolytes is of a mixed nature; however, a significant part (≥90%) is occupied by the oxygen-ion component.
