Zusammenfassung: | The results of the analysis of a series of binary lithium silicate glass are reported. In the synthesis of glass, lithium oxide was substituted with lithium chloride, taking into consideration the preliminary calculation. The calculation was based on the concept of the formation of large polar associates in a glass-forming melt and made it possible to quantitatively predict the final composition. The experimental results agree well with the proposed model. The possible reasons for the loss of halogens during the synthesis of oxyhalide glass are discussed. |
