Zusammenfassung:A new synthetic approach was developed to the preparation of functional derivatives of 3-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-1 H -indoles starting with a synthetically available 3-[5-(chloromethyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl]-1 H -indole. The versatility of the developed strategy was demonstrated in the synthesis of this kind compounds with a wide range of substituents.
