Zusammenfassung:	The influence of the conditions for activation of the nickel catalyst on the degree of removal of acetylenic impurities from monomers (with isoprene as example) was determined. The conditions of the catalyst operation and the presence of moisture in the system are discussed. The correlation between the state of nickel and its catalytic properties was demonstrated.
