Zusammenfassung:Products of interaction of the surface of zirconium dioxide nanocrystals with titanium tetrachloride as a test reagent were studied. The composition and structure of the surface of synthesized products depending on the time of treating the substrate by titanium chloride vapor were determined by a complex monitoring of both chemical conversions in the gas phase and concentrations of components in the solid-phase matrix with the help of gravimetric “in situ” measurements at various stages of the reaction.
