Application of monoclonal antibodies for the diagnostic and therapeutic targeting of human tumors with a necrotic component

Due to a unique structure of tumors, TNT antibodies can bind with a great number of target cells in the hypoxic core of the injury zone. Long-standing laboratory and clinical research gave evidence for the utility of histone/DNA complexes as stable insoluble antigens available for binding with TNT antibodies in necrotic (but not in healthy!) cells. The ability of TNT antibodies to selectively accumulate in the necrotic cores of most solid tumors allows detection and killing of primary and metastatic tumors of any origin.
