Zusammenfassung:	By nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atoms in tetrachlorophthalonitrile by phenoxy- or 1-naphthyloxy groups aryloxychlorophthalonitriles were synthesized and on this basis respective substituted erbium and ytterbium phthalocyanines with chloro-, acetate- or acetylacetonate anions as extra ligands. The compounds obtained were characterized by elemental analysis, chromato-mass spectrometry, IR, 13 C NMR, and electronic spectroscopy.
