phases are ferroelectric, which is confirmed by measuring the dependences ɛ(

). The similarity of the transition pattern obtained with the known transition sequences for ferroelectric (barium titanate, potassium niobate, and lead titanate) and antiferroelectric (lead zirconate) oxides is analyzed. |
