Zusammenfassung:An approach is proposed to the estimation of the total concentration of sulfonamides in milk based on their adsorption isolation and preconcentration from whole milk with magnetic hypercrosslinked polystyrene followed by the spectrophotometric determination in an acetonitrile eluate by the reaction with p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde. The procedure was used for the determination of the total concentration of sulfonamides in milk at a level of the maximum residue limits.
