Zusammenfassung:The heat resistance and thermal conductivity of zirconia coatings with a thickness of ∼200 μm, obtained on zirconium by microarc oxidation, are experimentally investigated. Exposure to nitrogen plasma during thermal tests (temperatures up to 2000°C) results in an increase in the thermal conductivity of the coatings. This is associated with structural changes in the coatings, detected by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.
