Zusammenfassung: | Analytical formulas for the analysis of structural states in ion-irradiated materials, namely dispersed precipitates, gas-filled pores, and island films on a solid substrate are proposed. A method for revealing similarities and differences between the characteristics of the theoretical and experimental size distributions of particles is developed. This method for the identification of distributions allows a correlation to be determined between the features of the transformations of experimental distributions (histograms) and processes in a dispersed system. |
