Zusammenfassung: | The influence of a nonstationary electric field on a system of weakly interacting carbon nanotubes is considered. An equation for the current density is derived, which is a spatial second-order operator-difference equation, where the “grid nodes” coincide with the location of graphene atoms. It is suggested that the difference operator be replaced by a Laplacian in the two-dimensional case. The results allow us to consider the effect of the generation of millimeter radiation. |
