Zusammenfassung:Solid solutions (SSs) based on CaYb 2 S 4 (Yb 3 S 4 structural type) and BaSm 2 S 4 (CaFe 2 O 4 structural type) were prepared using the ceramic and chemical methods for the preparation of oxide precursors. The samples were certified by XRD and electron microscopy. The electric conductivity and thermal stability of the samples were studied. The electron transport numbers were determined by the Hebb-Wagner method.
