Zusammenfassung: | The original method of removal of boron in reverse osmosis desalinating has been specially developed with respect to conditions of the Azov, Caspian, and Black seas. Dependences between selectivity of membranes of various types and parameters of seawater (temperature, pH, initial concentration of boron, etc.) have been defined experimentally. Based on the results of experimental studies, an energy-efficient and cost-effective two-level scheme for reverse osmosis desalinating with the use of low-pressure membranes has been developed. |
