Zusammenfassung: | A stochastic model studying the process of formation and destruction of protein gas-liquid disperse system (foam) is proposed. The model allows one to describe the process state at each time moment of the first cycle. Mathematical expectation, variance, and other moments of random values, which characterize the number of bubbles per unit of volume, and the function that describes the rate of foam destruction, are proposed as a basis to calculate the efficiency parameters of the foaming process. The model could be useful for the imitation modeling of the foaming process. |
