Zusammenfassung:Characteristics of a scanning pulsed green laser based on heterostructures containing ZnSe pumped by an electron beam with 200-ns duration and 8-keV energy are studied. If the active element is at room temperature, the scanning frequency is 20 Hz, and the repetition rate is 3 kHz, the average power of laser radiation is 1.6 mW, provided that the pulsed power is 2.7 W.
