Zusammenfassung:A short survey of methods used to study the effect of variations of parameters of multilayer dielectric systems on their output spectral characteristics is presented. Using the proposed stability function, the stability of a series of synthesized structures, such as dielectric mirrors, beam-splitting coatings, and narrow-band interference filters, is studied. It is shown that the analysis of the stability of spectral characteristics of multilayer interference coatings permits one to justify the practical implementation of the structure.
