Zusammenfassung: | The Monte Carlo simulation technique is used to study the dependence of the spatial resolution of a luminescent object inside the skin on the diffusion time of an immersion fluid. It is shown that, as a result of the surface clearing of the skin, it is possible to obtain images of luminescent objects at a depth of more than 1 mm in the skin with the spatial resolution of hundreds of micrometers. Higher spatial resolutions can only be obtained by methods that rapidly change the scattering coefficient of the medium to a significant depth, for example, by hypodermic injection of an immersion fluid. |
