Zusammenfassung: | A technique is proposed for calculating a system for uniform attenuation of soft X rays in a wide range of photon energies using a diaphragm with a large number of small holes. The system for achromatic attenuation is intended for measuring the radiation power and allows matching of high-power (terawatt) radiators with highly sensitive semiconductor detectors. The spectral characteristic of the diaphragm is constant within a wide range of radiation wavelengths. |
