Zusammenfassung: | This paper investigates the identification of the vibroacoustic properties of sandwich composite panels from structural wavenumber measurements over a large frequency band. Several indicators are investigated including the modal density, damping loss factor, radiation efficiency, and sound transmission loss. The accuracy of the identified indicators is studied by comparison with several direct and indirect measurements and analytical predictions. Results show that all identified indicators are in good agreement with measurements and theory for the studied constructions. |
