Z
method, is based on measurements of the input impedance of the interacting transducers. The second method, called the
V
method, is based on measurements of the acoustomotive force generated on the surface of one of the transducers by an interacting transducer. This method can be used to investigate the mutual impedances between transducers at frequencies far below their resonant frequencies. Theoretical foundations for the methods are discussed and the experimental setups for implementing the methods are described. |
