Effect of Gas Flow Rate on Distribution of Active Species and Dynamics of an Atmospheric RF- (Bio) Plasma Jet

A fast imaging technique applied for RF plasma indicates that the plasma jet propagation dynamics, operating even at megahertz frequency includes the so-called plasma bullet phenomenon. Broadband emission and intensity of lines corresponding to excited Ar and OH are registered. The spatial distribut...

Zusammenfassung:A fast imaging technique applied for RF plasma indicates that the plasma jet propagation dynamics, operating even at megahertz frequency includes the so-called plasma bullet phenomenon. Broadband emission and intensity of lines corresponding to excited Ar and OH are registered. The spatial distribution of ground state OH is also detected by means of laser-induced fluorescence diagnostics.
