Zusammenfassung: | The conventional bridgeless boost power factor correction (PFC) rectifier is a "paralleled" type bridgeless PFC structure. Although it has the advantages of small on -state loss, least number of components, and no bridge-arm pass-through risk, it cannot be directly used in industrial products due to serious common-mode noise problems. In order to solve this issue, the letter proposes a "cascaded" bridgeless boost PFC with single inductor, two sets of bus capacitors, and common ground between the ac and dc sides. The total bus capacitance value is the same with that of paralleled bridgeless PFC when the PFC is used as a prestage circuit. A lab-scale experimental prototype is developed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed cascaded bridgeless topology on suppressing the common-mode noise interference. |
