Summary of the 1990 IEEE International Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference and Short Course

The 27th IEEE International Conference on Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects was held on July 16-20, 1990 at Bally's Hotel in Reno, Nevada. The 1990 IEEE NSREC was sponsored by the IEEE/NPSS Radiation Effects Committee and co-sponsored by the Defense Nuclear Agency, Sandia National Laboratories, and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. A short course was presented on the first day, followed by three and one-half days of technical sessions. The attendance was 416 for the short course and 611 for the technical sessions. People from 12 countries participated in this year's conference. There were 71 registrants from countries other than the United States.
