Zusammenfassung:A convenient method is described for the measurement of the odd- and even-mode phase velocities of coupled microstrip lines. Results are presented which show the strong influence on the dispersion characteristics of a closely spaced low-loss shielding cover. The method also enables the loss of the odd and even modes to be determined.
