Zusammenfassung: | A semi-implicit (SI) method is proposed as a new time-marching scheme for transient finite element analysis, in which the magnetic hysteresis characteristics are considered at each time step. The magnetic field is updated based on a linear approximation to avoid iterations, and the differential reluctivity is corrected based on the predictor-corrector scheme to improve and evaluate the accuracy. Moreover, we investigate a variable time-step SI method, where the local error is estimated from the predictor-corrector difference, and the time step is adjusted to maintain the error below the prescribed error tolerance. |
