Zusammenfassung: | One of the biggest challenges that the new Web 2.0 faces is finding an adequate business model that would allow service providers to obtain benefits without scaring clients away, since they aren't used to paying for Internet services. This article presents the business model suggested by OPUCE, a user-centric platform for creating services. It is based on the principles of Web 2.0, which are transferred to the Telco world, and offers a satisfactory solution to all parties: operators obtain benefits, users have free access to specific services, service providers can enter the communications market, and the most active members from the community of users might even be eligible to receive certain remuneration as an incentive to their activity. |
