Zusammenfassung:This study introduces a novel approach for gas concentration and temperature mapping (GCTM) utilizing wavelength modulation spectrometry with a single diode laser. Our method integrates camera imaging and phase-sensitive detection to map oxygen concentration and temperature accurately across various environmental conditions. Validation experiments demonstrate the capability of our system to measure oxygen concentrations as low as 4.2% and temperatures up to 1393.9 K. These results suggest significant potential for advancing multidimensional LiDAR technologies for environmental and industrial applications.
