Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes a novel three-point interpolation discrete Fourier transform for accurate power system frequency measurement. The accurate formula of the proposed frequency measurement method is derived by using the maximum sidelobe decay windows. Moreover, the influence of white noise on the proposed frequency measurement is analyzed by deducing the expression of frequency measurement variance. The systematic errors and variances of frequency measurement are analyzed by simulation. |
