Changes in the Editorial Board

After nine years (the maximum three consecutive terms) on the Editorial Board of the IEEE T ransactions on E lectron D evices (T-ED), Prof. Anisul Haque, East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Device and Process Modeling), Prof. Andreas Schenk, ETH, Zurich, Switzerland (Device and Process Modeling), Dr. Yen-Hao Shih, Macronix, Hsinchu, Taiwan (Memory Devices and Technology), Prof. Armin Aberle, National University of Singapore (Solid-State Energy Sources), Singapore, Prof. Zeynep Celik-Butler, The University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, TX, USA (Solid-State Phenomena-Noise), and Dr. Mohamed Darwish, Maxpower Semiconductors, San Jose, CA, USA (Solid-State Power), have stepped down from their Editor positions in their respective fields.
