A Method to Calculate Output Power for Sheet-Beam Traveling-Wave Amplifiers

A method to estimate output power for sheet-beam traveling-wave amplifiers is presented. Two traveling-wave tubes are calculated by this method, and the results are compared with those of particle-in-cell simulation.
