Zusammenfassung: | In this paper we show how explicit integration methods can be appropriately adapted and controlled for use in circuit and timing simulation programs with no notable degradation In the latters' efficiency and stability. In particular, we enunciate a Modified Forward Euler algorithm and present mechanisms of monitoring the stability and accuracy of the computations. Finally, we show how circuit time constants can be estimated so that nondominant energy storage elements may be eliminated from low-order analysis. |
